PASTA CON L'AGLIO

 You will not eat anything in Sicily more delicious and filling than Pasta con l'Aglio. In a pestle and mortar mash garlic and salt, add fresh basil leaves. The, add chopped fresh tomatoes and olive oil. The sauce is ready. You can sprinkle pecorino cheese on top of the pasta.
