Here are three dishes made with BUSIATE, which are a typical pasta from NorthWestern Sicily. The first dish is busiate alle vongole, the second one is busiate al pesto Trapanese (pesto Trapani style) and the third is busiate ai ricci di mare (busiate with sea urchin).
