Yogurt is something you can eat any time, anywhere. It can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack, for lunch or for dinner. If you're out and hungry just hop to the nearest grocery shop or supermarket and you'll find all kinds of yogurts to suit anyone's taste ... fat free, lactose free, sugar free, soy yogurt, coconut yogurt etc. Yogurt can be eaten in any season....in summer, to cool off, and in winter, to strengthen the immune system. It's full of vitamins, minerals and protein.
Here are some of my favorites ...yogurt with honey and melissa; yogurt with lemon; and plain yogurt. My all time favorite is the plain one, because I can add to it anything I want, like honey, jam or fruit.
