Monte Carlo and Tea Time

Monte Carlo biscuits are very easy to make. All you need is flour, coconut flakes, sugar, butter  and egg. For the filling I used Raspberry Jam and Vanilla Buttercream.  They are ideal for a coffee break or tea.
