Pesto Genovese

The ingredients are olive oil, garlic, lots of Basil leaves, pine nuts, parmesan cheese and salt. Pound salt and garlic in a mortar and pestle, then add the Basil leaves, make a paste. Then add pinoli, mash them, add olive oil and parmesan cheese. Serve over spaghetti. 

If you don't have a mortar and pestle, put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
