The Cupcake Parade is here again

As I said in a previous post, it is too hot here in Sicily to cook or even go near the kitchen. I was steaming some vegetables the other day and in 5 minutes the entire kitchen became a steamer, you could get a sauna there. I opened all the doors and windows but it was still unbearable so finally I turned the steamer off and went downstairs in the lobby where it was much cooler. So for the time being there is no chance of making a cake, not until the weather cools down a bit. But I cannot resist making cupcakes, they are easy to make and need only 20 minutes, or less, of baking. This way the house doesn't get overheated.
