Arancina or Arancino? That is the question.

In Sicily people argue whether to call it Arancina or Arancino. In the area of Messina it's ARANCINO, in North-Western Sicily it's ARANCINA. What an Arancina is...it's actually a RICE BALL. That says it all. A rice ball filled with ragù or cheese.
