This cake is gluten free. The ingredients are Almond Flour, Honey, salt, baking soda and eggs. Whip 4 egg whites till frothy. Add 250g almond flour, 1/2 cup honey, a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon soda and the 4 yolks. Mix and put in a pan. Bake 1 hour at 180° C.
