Tonkatsu is a very popular Japanese dish. It's a pork cutlet, breaded and deep-fried. I prefer to make it baked in the oven.
Flour the cutlets, then dip them in beaten egg. Bread them and put them in a hot oven, cook for about 20-25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the cutlet). The oven should be at 180°C.
Serve over rice with Tonkatsu Sauce (Bulldog Sauce).
