Kasutera and Chocolate Mousse Cake
Here we have two characteristic Japanese cakes. Kasutera in Japanese but "Castella" in the original Portuguese. The cake was introduced to Japan and the name changed to KASUTERA.
The Chocolate Mousse Cake is from one of my Japanese cookbooks.
