SFINCI .... Sicilian doughnuts



Sfinci are made with flour, milk, eggs, anice seeds and either potatoes or pumpkin. They are usually available duing the Christmas season, but now you can find them throughout the year. 

Once fried, you dip them in sugar and cinnamon.
