Baked apples and Custard

Bake the apples for about 45 minutes at 180° C. Make the custard with 3 egg yolks, 3 Tablespoons of sugar, 2 Tablespoons of flour and 500ml of milk. 

Mix raisins and brown sugar. Sprinkle over the apples.
