150 grams self-raising flour
100 grams sugar
120 grams butter
2 eggs
4 Tablespoons milk
pinch of salt
vanilla
Mix butter and sugar, add the eggs one at a time. Then mix in flour and salt. Add milk and vanilla.
Place 2 Tablespoons of the mixture in each cupcake tin and bake at 180° C for 15-20 minutes.
Cool and decorate with your favorite frosting.
