Sushi in Sicily

Yes, we have sushi here in Sicily too. This is mine, homemade. It's time-consuming but well worth the effort. What takes up most of the time is the number of ingredients...boil the carrots, cut up the cucumbers, make the omelette and so on. The rice is the easiest, just steam it with sugar, salt and sushi vinegar. Let it cool and then start ROLLING!
