Do you believe in New Year's resolutions?

Have you made a New Year's Resolution? Do you think you will keep it?

I don't think so. You might watch what you and what you eat for a few days, but sooner or later you will give in and give up.

It's easy to say oh, this year I am going to be good, this year I will eat less, this year I will join the gym, etc. etc. But I wonder how many of you really believe what you are saying or it's simply wishful thinking.

What you need to do if you want to lose weight is eat IN MODERATION. Avoid big, humongous meals, especially at night. You should eat less but more frequently, have a snack in between meals so that you won't be starving by the time it'stime to have lunch or dinner. DON'T FORGET to have breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day. If you skip breakfast you will be so hungry at lunch time that you will stuff yourself, and defeat the purpose.

Another thing you need to do is exercise. If you don't want to enroll in the gym, simply WALK. Walking is the best, easiest and cheapest exercise, so forget about your car and START WALKING!

Anyway, going back to New Year's Resolution,  since it's a worldwide practice, might as well continue the tradition.
