Homemade Lassi vs store-bought Lassi

Here is how to make Indian Lassi at home. Get a fresh mango, chop it up, put it in the blender with a 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk and 2 Tablespoons honey. Blend for a few minutes.  Add a pinch of cardamom powder.It's ready to serve.






















Here is the Lassi sold in the supermarket. It is absolutely delicious, no doubt about it but ....it contains SUGAR!
