Don't be too eager to make a sales pitch. Most businesses ignore the steps that need to be taken in order to turn a stranger into a paying client.
Don't rush into sales mode as soon as someone shows interest in your product. On the contrary, wine and dine the prospective customer, answer his questions, tell him why he should buy your product, and how your product will change his life for the better.
Get personal, tell him some fun facts about you, get him to ask you anything about your product. Live one-to-one coaching is greatly appreciated. Give him a time-saving tip, or better, give him a free how-to video.
Post photos and videos that will capture his attention, pictures that make a statement, an unboxing video, or behind the scenes video.
Promote yourself by showing a new product. Promote your newsletter. Promote a launch.
Share the love by mentioning a follower who is your loyal customer. Thank your followers.
Lastly, post hashtags, such as #ThrowbackThursday, #WednesdayWisdom, #SundayFunday
