If you think that I am obsessed with Swiss Rolls, you are right. They are the simplest and quickest desserts to make. You can use any filling you like ... buttercream, chocolate cream, fruits, jam, whatever.
This is a classic chocolate Swiss roll. Just add cocoa to the basic Swiss Roll batter. Once cooked spread buttercream over the roll and roll up. You'll be surprised at how quickly it will disappear, there won't be any left for the day after, I assure you.
