SWISS ROLL

Swiss Roll is the easiest and quickest dessert you can make if you need a dessert quickly. Just whip  3 eggs  with 100 g sugar, add 100 g. flour sifted, and 1 T warm water. Pour it into a swiss roll tin and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.

Let it cool then spread jam or Nutella on it and roll.
